1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 In 3-quart saucepan, heat soup, chicken and ham over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2 Slowly stir in cheese. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
