hi there--I am making a caserrole that i kind of just put together--no reciepe. curt brought in all these little green peppers -little yellow squash--tiny suchinni--sorry for bad spelling--onions--so cooked them up in frying pan-then added ...some ground beef--cooked some noodles-the small mind--then put it all in a baking dish-then added stredded up mazerollo cheese and sprinkled some grated cheese on top have it baking in the oven at 350 for about 15 mins until cheese is melted and blended in. now going to go eat it. will let you know how it is. good way of using up what is left in the gardens
