1 can of tuna drained
4 medium sized tomatoes washed
1/2 Cup of lite mayo
1/4 Cup of onion
1/4 Cup of celery
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients mixing till tuna is well coated. Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Set a side. Cut tops of tomatoes like a bell pepper and scoop out part way down. Not too far and sit on dish. Fill the tomato with tuna mixture. For Tuna stuffed peppers change out the tomatoes. When usuing bell peppers bake in oven till soft at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or serve chilled.
