5 small to medium potatoes

Butter Spray
Wash potatoes and cut into small slices so they stand up and line them up on a sprayed butter pan. Place potatoes on pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes pulling out tray and garnishing them with bacon bits and cheese. Place back into oven till cheese is melted and potatoes are soft in the middle. Let cool and eat.
