10 large russet baked potatos
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup of heavy cream
2 Teaspoons salt
Black pepper to taste
Bacon Bits or left over bacon from breakfast
1/2 lb of cheese any favorite flavor
1/2 Cup green onions
3 eggs lightly beaten
Pre heat oven to 400 Degrees F. Ahead of time place potatos in the oven bake for 1 15 minutes till tender. In a bowl melt 1 stick of butter and ingrediants together. Mix througholy. Potato mixture place into prepped casserrole dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. When done sprinkle left over cheese on top let cool serve.
