Easy lunch time ideas


Tuna/chicken salad
1 Can of tuna (any brand) Drain
1/2 Cup of lite mayo
Salt
Pepper
1/4 Cup of onion minced
1/4 Cup of celery cut
1 slice of pickle minced

In a mixing bowl place tuna and or fully cooked chicken and add mayo and veggies. Season to taste. Serve them on a bell pepper cut the top off and clean out the pepper and scoop in the salad mixture. For a tomato do the same. Use a wrap or have them on whole wheat bread.
