1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of shreaded chedder cheese
2 cups of milk
tea spoon of dried orgeno
tea spoon of mustard (optional)
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 lb of fully cooked breakfast sausage (You can use ham or bacon for this)
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. CoHeat oven to 350ºF. Grease 2-quart casserole. Pour egg mixture into casserole. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. hours.
