8 ounces of zitti or shells
2 cups frozen/canned peas, grean beans, carrorts or mixed vegtable
5 slices of American cheese soften not melted.
12 ounces cooked ham or cooked chicken, cut into chunks
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. In Dutch oven or large pot cook pasta according to package directions. Stir in peas last minute (or stir in green beans, carrots or mixed vegtables last 3 minutes). Drain pasta mixture; return to pot. Add milk, soft cheese, ham, and cheddar cheese. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
Tip when pasta is hot add the cheese and stir until mealted and well coated.
