Skillet Chicken Parm and Pasta

    Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) dry rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 5 cups hot water
  • 1 pkg (25 oz each) frozen Family Size Chicken Marinara
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    1. Spray large 2-1/2-inch deep skillet with cooking spray. Add pasta and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook about 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
    2. Meanwhile, microwave family entree according to package directions. Slice cooked chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    3. Add undrained tomatoes and family entree to cooked pasta in skillet; toss lightly to combine. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cover and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese before serving.
