Popcorn Balls!


My kids eat enough sugar. So I made small sized popcorn balls this morning. And I made them the same way you would a rice crispy treat.
1 stick of butter
1 bag of large marsh mellows
1 bag of popped pop corn.

Depending on family size and how many you want, double the recipe size.

In a stock pot melt butter then add marsh mellows on low heat stirring frequently until fully malted then blend together. Once completely malted, remove from heat and pour into bowl and let cool.

Tip while putting popcorn in to melted butter and marsh mellows, sift out as many popcorn kernels as possible.
