Apple Sauce

1 stock pot
About 9 apples
peeler
2 cups of sugar
1 cinomon stick

Bring a stock pot to a boil peel all apples and wash. Cut into cubes remove seeds and stems. Throw in to pot of boiling water. Add sugar and cinomon stick till disolved. Stir frequently until it looks like thick oatmeal. Careful drain into a colender. And serve.
