Parmesan Cheese Ball

Football/Nasscar is tomorrow here is a nice snacking idea for all you fans and cheese lovers out there.

2/3 cups of Parmesan cheese
2/3 cups of finely chopped nuts
1 small onion finally chopped abot 1/4 of a cup
Pepper & Garlic powder to taste
8 0z package of cream cheese softened
Coarsley chopped nuts

Stir together all ingredients except coarsely chopped nuts until well blended. Shape into ball; roll in coarsely chopped nuts. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
