Creamy Avacado Dip

2 Ripe Avacados
1/2 cup chopped tomatos
1/3 cup of fat free mayo
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons of snipped cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped mild green chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Red sweet pepper strips (optional) Tortilla Crisps or Chips

Seed and Peel avacados. In a medium bowl the avacado pulp with a fork. Stir in tomato,  mayo, green onions, lime juice, cilantro, chilli pepper, thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper. Cover and chill till serving time.

If desired garnish with the colored pepper strips and serve with
Tortilla Crisps or Chips.
