Italian style meatballs.

1lb of lean ground beef
1 egg
1 bell pepper
1 small onion
orgeno
salt
pepper
meat tenderizor (opotional)
1 celery stalk
two slices of white bread
1 cup of milk

place ground beef in a mixing bowl and crack open egg. Wash and cut bell pepper into strips then cut into small pieces. about a 1/4 of a cup. Peel and wash onion then Cut in half and mince. About a 1/4 of a cup. Place into bowl with beef and egg. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add oregeno and tenerizor. Cut washed celery stalk into small pieces and place into bowl. In a seperate bowl take two slices of white bread and pour the cup of milk on to it. Then swish the bread around until the bread is coated and looks like bread crumbs. Break apart completely. Put into bowl with meat mixture. Mix till well bleneded. Make desired sized meat balls and place onto a greesed baking sheet. Prea Heat ahead oven to 400 deggrees bake about an hour till done.

Tips When usuing left over sauce and meatballs buy ahead nice hoggie rolls and make meatball heros for supper or lunch the next day. Duel meals are family friendly!counttryboots1268@yahoo.com
