Pantry Planning

When planning ahead for what you are cooking that particular day go through your cabinets and make sure you have the necessary spices and ingrediants you need to make that meal. Check your keep fresh and your freezer and jot down or put into phone what you need and pull up list. Chek sale flyers online and see if any items needed are on sale.

Regular meals you make montly are memorized but keep a back log in your computer or in a box for the meals you love.

Keep coupons handy and match with sale prices if any. I buy bulk when I can and have them on hand it is also cost effective to buy bulk if you can.
