Mexican Nite Beef or Chicken Tacos!

1/2 lb of lean ground beef depending upon family size
1 cup of chicken for the night befores chicken roast
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
papricka
taco seasoning
1/4 cup of water

In a frying pan on medium heat add a little extra vergin olive oil let sizzle then add either ground beef or chicken. If you add ground beef. You must cook beef al the way through till done! Chicken is cooked from previous night before. (recreating leftovers) Once beef is done add bell pepper and onion papricka to taste and taco seasoning packet. I use only half a packet. Mix in water and stir till coated. Let sit for about five minutes. In the mean time heat soft or hard taco shells in the microwave arrocording to your brand's heating instructions. Set on table desired toppings!
